Summary
I really thought I was in for a treat with Herra47 but was disappointed to find that it is nothing more than a half baked game quickly cobbled together for a demo party.
The graphical presentation on offer will remind many of the graphical adventures from the old DOS days such as Leisure Suit Larry but this is where the strong points end. There is no documentation on offer and you pretty much have to guess what words are permissible within the game – leading to a great deal of frustration. Once you do figure out the breadth of the game’s parser, you quickly realise that it is quite a short game and anything more than a one session play is not happening.
So what we have with Herra47 is really more like a Proof of Concept, in desperate need for Vector5 to sit down and fully flesh out a game out it. If they do this, then they might surprise themselves with what they will create and the audience that they will garner from it.
